CARBO week idk

Time is flying which is a theory I feel is consuming me momentarily. I feel I spend too much of it waiting for the next task and too much of it on the road.  That is just life I suppose, though I do feel that I have an ample amount of downtime at work which is kind of frustrating bc it just feels like wasting time and money. 

I have spent a bit of time doing various quick tasks here and there while finishing up a concept for another park in Lafayette. Still spending Monday afternoons on campus for the most part when the meeting isn't on zoom. Getting out of the office was actually really nice yesterday because the weather was so nice and the contractor for the project always pulls out his big construction documents on the sidewalk and it cracks me up. 

Life-wise I try to go home whenever I can which is where all that time on the road comes in but I think its worth it. I cant wait to be able to move back and just work with my dad lol. My sister's kid Ava and brother's baby Lincoln are both growing so so fast, missing a weekend feels like missing a lifetime, so to the road I go. 

Anyways life is good, family is great, the weathers beautiful, and I get a paycheck every 2 weeks so really, I need not complain. I hope all of you are still enjoying the job, just don't forget to take time off, life isnt all that serious.
