Week 4 ^date

Last week was chaos because we had a crazy ice storm in Austin. Pretty much every live oak in my neighborhood looks like this. Billions in damage too. On Thursday I stayed home with no electricity and it was honestly very nice and restful. I've been trying to rest more because I am always going and going in my free time. Planning to take a vow of silence between tonight and next Sunday. Have never done that before, so we will see how it goes, and whether my workplace will be accepting of it. Hope I don't get fired.

Still mostly in Vectorworks. The workload here is kind of a lot, which is better than having nothing to do. It can be a lot to keep all my tasks in order though since at any given time, I am working on 4 or 5 projects.

I have a lot of projects and aspirations up my sleeve, and I am excited to have a lot of plans in the books in terms of making things, etc. Last Saturday, I found a group of fellas that meets at a coffee shop and doodles. They are called the doodlers. Good group, and some of them are very talented artists. I am but a mere doodler in the truest sense of the word.

 Tree destroyed by ice.

A cool piece of glass I found

Climbing under an overpass
Jason and I pretending we are destitute
Some stranger I met who wanted to pose with this cool graffiti (it was pretty badass).
